STEP 1- Get together all the images or ideas you can find and email our staff- email@example.com, we will coordinate with you and the tattoo artist of your choice to determine if a Consultation is required, and if a consult is not required we will quote your design
We take a lot of pride in all the work we do, and respectfully all Artwork is started once your appointment is made. Remember you chose our studio and each respective artist based on their artwork and/or recommendation. Please be patient and enjoy the art process.
We encourage you to thoroughly look at portfolio's, each artist has a unique and distinct style, not every artist is capable of every style tattoo. On occasion we will recommend a specific artist for a specific tattoo that fits there style and capabilities.
Scheduling your APPOINTMENT
STEP 2- Scheduling your appointment requires a NON-refundable deposit, and this amount is based on the price of the tattoo. Usually the deposit is 50% of the cost of your tattoo or your scheduled tattoo session. The deposit goes toward the price of your tattoo and the balance is due the day of your tattoo appointment. Please see deposit policy, and consent form below.
WE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF KEEPING YOUR DEPOSIT FOR SERVICES NOT PERFORMED, so please be aware of our deposit policy before scheduling.

STEP 3- Please show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment, and Leading up to your big day, please avoid getting sunburned. It is very important to be in good health and properly hydrated and well rested. We don't recommend vacationing right after your tattoo, your body will need time to heal and recover (No Lake, Pool or Beach Trips) Minor Changes can be made the day of your appointment, but please work with your artist prior to arriving for any significant changes in artwork. Waiting till the day of might delay or postpone your appointment.

Aftercare is crucial to the healing of your new tattoo. Although there are numerous products that may work, we sell over 10 different brands and products to aide in healing your tattoo. All of our products are designed specifically for healing tattoos.
The HRT staff will follow up with you a couple weeks after your appointment. We take a great deal of pride in our work and in the event your tattoo needs any touching up, please schedule that 1-2 months after your appointment, and time after that is at the discretion of the tattoo artist.
