HRT has improved its services to include Cosmetic Tattooing.  There is a big difference in a traditional tattoo artist performing the procedures and a specialist, certified by the Arizona Board of Cosmetology. 

Our staff perform the cosmetic procedures, utilizing state of the art equipment and techniques.  They include the Soft Tap method and a rotary machine, and deciding which one that is best for you will be done together with confidence based on the experience  of our trained staff.
